If the text needs to be bigger or there should be more contrast:

Samsung Syncmaster

This is a 19” liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor

Large Print Keyboard Labels

These key labels have characters that are about 3 times larger than standard keyboard characters.

ZoomText Xtra

This software allows enlargement of text and graphics, and adjustment of screen colors for best contrast. It also supports speech output of screen text.

If the text needs to be read out loud because enlarging text and increasing contrast do not help:

JAWS Professional for Windows

This software allows screen text and input to be read aloud through synthesized speech.
